ENGLISH LANDING PARK

  • Key features + Notes: This park is a bit of a cross between natural/rustic and then a maintained park… It will have some areas where grass is mowed, but overall this park is quite natural. Running right alongside the Missouri River, and at times due to high waters and flooding, the look of the entire park can change — sometimes grassy, sometimes sandy! The metal A-frame bridge is a famous spot and always photographs super well. The rocky creek area that breaks off of the river can be hiked down into if the water is low enough and makes for good photos as well. Very, very diverse park!

  • Parking: I usually suggest parking in the lot nearby for the Farmers Market and us all walking over to the park, it isn’t too far! For the park we’d be on foot the whole time.

  • Restrooms: One area of park-style restrooms are usually available — sometimes locked, depending on the season.
