Classic Black Tie with Soft Blues Wedding at KC Farmhouse // Rachel + Shawn

A day they had waited for finally arrived, and out of all the planning and preparation, the details that came together — being around their family and friends meant the world to them... but it was also incredibly important to these two, to have some time alone on their big day. Wedding days go by at such lightning speed, so kudos to these two for recognizing well in advance that they, we might want and appreciate some time, just us.

So, with that knowledge, their wedding day came and went…. and after their precious indoor wedding ceremony, just moments after their exit back down the aisle — as husband and wife — they hid. Yup, absolutely you read that right. They hid…for a few minutes, to soak up that just-married moment, to say what was on their hearts and to emerge from that room with tears in their eyes, ready to celebrate the rest of the day away!
