You have to wonder, if these two were fated from the get go...considering that both Lukas and Courtney's Mom's have been friends for many years, that Courtney was born a few years after Lukas, and that they met at a very, very early age.... The story only gets better.

The story continues forward and on the day Lukas was going to meet baby Courtney, he excitedly shouted "COURTNEY, COURTNEY!!" — and from this, a part of his words to Courtney on their wedding day... "It shows that even before I knew who you were, some part of me was thrilled to know you. Maybe a a part of me knew, even then, that knowing and loving every part of you would become the best part of my life." Each other's best friend. Each other's other half. With prep for Courtney happening and one of the most beautiful small venues Kansas City offers — The Juliet, KC…everyone meeting together at Woods Chapel Church for a beautiful and meaningful ceremony, and then off we all went for one heck of a celebration at The Bardot in downtown Kansas City!!
