Fall Colors & Epic Sunsets, Colorado Guanella Pass Engagement Pics // Hadley + Joshua

A chance encounter on their college campus, instant friends and so many things done together as "just friends" before the official first date. Joshua says after that first official first date, he thought (and still thinks) that he is the luckiest guy in the world, Hadley literally takes his breath away and he knew so quickly that she was his person. Hadley says after that first official date, she knew she could never be just his friend again — and of course, she had 100% been in love with him already for a while.

They've spent months trading the 22nd of every month — as in, each plan a date on the 22nd of each month, and they take turn each month as well — a really precious tradition they've started due to having so many things happen already on the 22nd.

So, Joshua being the guy he is, (I’m sure you can see where this is going…) made sure he had September 22nd as his turn to plan a date....but his date wasn't quite a date at all, it was the day he surprised Hadley like never before, the day he asked her to marry him!!

So happily in love, so eager for all their future holds, an engagement session of frolicking and exploring in some of their favorite places of Colorado, writing letters to one another, and making memories — Hadley and Joshua, and their sweet little love story!
