Fall Wedding Inspiration at The Legacy at Green Hills // Katie + Matt

When asked for her best advice after being married 62 years and counting, Katie's Grandma Marlys answered quite simply "Take care of him". And when the mic was then pointed to her husband, Jim, to be asked the same question, his very quick and simple answer was "Take care of her" — and that's all there is to it. Katie and Matt undoubtedly already knew this as a key to a happy and long marriage, but nothing beats having your sweet grandparents remind you of that fact.

At the end of the day, at the end of this whole wild ride, having that one person who is your other half, who is there steadily and consistently, who loves you like no other and takes care of you — is all that matters. This is something Katie and Matt have had for a while now, and now as of October 27th, they have for life.
