Morning Brunch Style Wedding at Wildcliff near Columbia MO // Annie + Evan

These two did things so differently for their wedding, and it was pure magic! Overall, their morning, brunch-style wedding day was such a beautiful thing to witness, as is their love and admiration for one another!

Annie and Evan chose to stand just them, no wedding party, a guest list of only their close immediate families, a morning wedding ceremony, a brunch reception, dedicating hours to portraits of just the two of them, and a relaxed picnic to just be together and daydream. Annie and Evan said this was how they had always envisioned their wedding day — having been together now since 2009, it was a long time coming but that just made this day all the more special to them both!

They put sooo much thought into their details too!! — Having lived in several different states, they had a coffee bar to go along with that yummy brunch food, and the coffees were all from different states they have lived in! They special ordered several different coffee cakes from an Iowa vendor and had them shipped in for their special day. On a recent trip to Wisconsin they picked up some special cheese that were a part of their little picnic they had together. I could go on — but I’ll throw in one more because it’s just too sweet not to share!! At their reception, on the table with the many delicious coffee cakes, sat a little MR & MRS mouse — that Annie’s Mom had made by hand y’all, by hand! And part of the little dress that the Mrs mouse wore? Came from Annie’s Mom’s own wedding dress! How special is that!? LOVE details like that so so so much!

This whole day was such a fun change of pace for me and I loved every minute of my time with these two!!
