So imagine this....it's 2.5ish years ago, Liz and Ryan don't know one another yet, but they live in the same apartment complex. Liz, is notorious for forgetting to put her trash out for pick-up, so she often has to carry it out to the dumpster herself. And in that process... Ryan notices her. He admits nowadays that he noticed her a few times and it took him all of those few times to psych up the nerve to just go outside and talk to her. But one fateful Saturday morning, he did.
