Navy + Light Pink Hawthorne House Wedding // Katie + Andy

May 1st 2021… Katie put on the same sandals she had worn the day her and Andy took their engagement photos — a day so fun, and so special all on its own, these pink sandals carried her through to another day, even more special — a day these two had waited for and been eager for, for so so long! Katie and Andy were blessed with an absolutely beautiful day of sunshine and mild temps, combine that with their venue of choice, the always stunning Hawthorne House, and it was a recipe for perfection!

Their day was full of a lot of love, emotion, tearful moments with parents, huge belly laughs with siblings, stories of their childhoods and how these two came to know each other years ago. Katie’s Dad made sure to not only share a Father/Daughter dance with his little girl, but to grab her for an upbeat twirl around the dance floor once the whole thing was opened up. Katie’s Mom made sure to request her favorite jam and pull not only Katie, but Andy too out there for a lively dance. I’m not sure that Katie or Andy stopped smiling and laughing the entire day!
