Chimney Rock, North Carolina Engagement Photos // Mikaela + Collin

Collin grew up being a friend of Mikaela’s brother, and she says that’s where her crush truly began! Back then, she was a young little eighth grader, and it would take these two on up until their high school years to really connect. Now… flash forward, and these two are engaged, and that ring on her finger is “so pretty it hurts” she says! And I personally have to agree!! :)

These days, Mikaela is living in Tennessee for school, while Collin is in North Carolina for work — and they meet up as often as they can! And come August they'll be tying the knot in Kansas City, Missouri — so with all that, it just made sense to do their engagement photos in the mountains of the Carolina's! These two and I met up in one of my favorite places on the face of this planet — Chimney Rock, North Carolina! Not far at all from the beautiful Asheville NC, Chimney Rock and neighboring Lake Lure offer such an abundance of beauty, mountain views, touristy things to do, and small mountain vibes! Not to mention, a plethora of memories for me since I grew up close by!!

So excited to know these two, lovedddd getting to do their engagement photos in a place so dear to my heart, and can't wait for their wedding day!!
